If you would like to cancel your order please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order and I will promptly send you a full refund. Any cancelations after 24 hours will revieve a 50% refund if the set had already been started or a 75% refund if I have not started your set yet. Any returns must be unopened and untampered with in any way. . The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer and not included in your refund amount. After receiving and inspecting your return please give me 24 hours to either return your money or contact you and explain why I will not be able to refund you if the package has been returned with A set of OPEN OR USED NAILS.
